On Friday morning, Year 4 arrived at school to find the classroom in a terrible mess. Tables and chairs had been flipped over and pencils were scattered across the carpet. The children used their imaginations and took on the role of detectives. Upon further investigation, they found that the dragon egg they had been looking after had hatched meaning an incredibly rare species of dragon had escaped.
We have decided in Year 4 to write our own newspaper reports about this incident. The children thought of questions they could ask key witnesses (Mrs Harvey and Mr T) and will include these in their reports.
